In business dealings with merchants, the court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms of use shall be Berlin. cat-on is also entitled to sue at the user’s place of business.
6. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms of use is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent. The same applies in the event of a contractual gap.
