Cats love corrugated cardboard and pleasant curves. Our Le Moule M recliner fulfils all the characteristics to be permanently occupied by the demanding velvet paws. The papers we use in the corrugated cardboard come from sustainable fsc-certified wood cultivation and consists of long wood fibres that provide the cat with maximum grip when scratching. The papers are harmless.
Cats love ergonomic curves and always snuggle in. The cat-on lying area is both a cosy place to sleep, from where the velvet paws can keep an eye on everything, and a pleasant, resistant scratching surface. cat-on scratching furniture differs completely in both the paper quality and the processing of the corrugated cardboard. Most scratching boards are cut from a single block of corrugated cardboard, usually from low-quality paper known as Schrenzpappe. Although the cheap corrugated cardboard is cheap, it is so soft that the cats quickly use it up within a few days. Some manufacturers have meanwhile started to support the soft corrugated cardboard with outer panels made of light wood, so that it does not break through so quickly and to suggest a higher quality to the customer.
At cat-on, we deliberately do without additional tricks and simply stick to the high paper quality.
Since our foundation, it has been our aim to produce scratching furniture for every taste, cat tree alternatives that do not immediately transform every living room visually into a predator cage. Cats love our products because they are clean, honest and cat-friendly.
